What do people have against little pets?

That’s four out of sixes places that I’ve contacted where they won’t make exceptions for small, caged pets in their no-pets policy. Small! Caged! They can’t make enough noise to disturb the whole building even if they tried! And mess? Honestly, Clarice the rat keeps her cage tidier than I usually do of my room.

With most of the good listings we find having no-pet policies, this is becoming quite a headache.

Aside from the lady with allergies, all you other landlords need to lighten up a bit.

I bet fish are always exempted. What, fish don’t count as pets?

*sigh*

Probably because some people don’t like rodents. Some owners let their rodents out of the cage to run around, something landlords can’t really control (who can watch 24/7 right?). So they’d rather just put a complete ban. Fish, on the other hand, don’t get very far out of the tank.

Somone needs to invent a reverse-scuba gear and put a sillyness to this pet-discrimination.

Okay, the count is now up to 5.

I should have asked about fish…
